Concrete substrate conditions (standard):
Hardness: R32 =15MPa
Humidity: W < 5%
Temperature: from 10 °C - 35 °C
Remove from the floor oil, grease ,wax contaminants,cement laitance, loose particles, mold and release agents
The application surface must be dry.

MIXING EpoxyDEC® 2K
Before starting mixing component A+B, mix component A thoroughly for 1 minutes.
Pour Component B into the Component A pail and mix using a low speed (300 rpm) electric drill until the mixture is completely homogenous.

Priming:
Prime all surfaces with water based EpoxyPRIMER® 2K at a consumption of 150-200 gr/m². Optionally spreading dry quartz sand on wet primer and blow off excess sand. Allow 10 hours and apply EpoxyDEC® 2K self leveling.

EpoxyDEC® 2K Application As Paint
Apply A+B without addition of quartz sand with a roller or spatula in two coats with 0.200-0.350 kg/m² per coat (minimum total consumption 0.5 kg/m²). Optionally to make an anti-slip finish the final layer is broadcasted with fine quartz sand.

Apply EpoxyDEC® 2K As Self-Leveling;
To the mixture of EpoxyDEC® 2K A+B, add 1:1
Optionally add dry silica sand 0.1-0.3 diameter and pigment. Pour the material on the floor and apply by 5mm notched trowel.
Use a spiked roller to subsequently remove entrapped air.

Cleaning
Clean your tools and equipment with Cellulosic thinner during the application phase.
